	Age : under 45. College degree or above, Major of industrial construction, civil engineer, or equivalent. 8x years experience of factory construction management. Must be certified as Level-1 National civil construction engineer. Leadership characters with capability in communication and work collaboration. Strong experience in business negotiation. Skillfully hands on Auto CAD, Project, and other Office software. Experience in factory construction of Semiconductor fabrication, TFT, LCD, IC, or Solar related industry.
