Best Solar Hi-Tech Co., Ltd ( Hereafter referred to as Best Solar )--August
28, the foundation-laying ceremony for Gansu Dunhuang 10MW PV power
generation project, known as China's first utility scale on-grid PV power
generation concessionary project, was held in Dunhuang Solar Industrial
Park. The deputy director general of China National Energy Bureau Qi Liu,
Gansu Province Executive Vice Governor Jianshen Feng, Jiangxi LDK Solar
Chairman Xiaofeng Peng, Best Solar Executive President Peng Fang, Belgium
Minister to China and China Guangdong Nuclear Group Co., Ltd General Manager
Yu He attended the ceremony. The project's laying foundation marks the
official implementation of China's first PV franchise project and symbolizes
Best Solar to be the leading module supplier to utility scale grid-level
projects in Chinese PV industry.
Dunhuang 10MW PV power generation
project is China's first on-grid franchise demonstration project and also
the biggest permitted domestic PV power generation project. The project is
jointly invested by Best Solar, China Guangdong Nuclear and Enfinity NV
Group. Constructing this project will set model for China's large-scale PV
power generation projects. It is also significantly important and globally
influential for Best Solar to accumulate construction and management
experience in PV projects. It will promote the building of large-scale PV
power generation base.
More than 500 guests at home and abroad were
participating the ceremony. Among them were people from National Energy
Bureau, Gansu Province Development & Reform Committee, Jiuquan Municipality,
Dunhuang Municipality, China Guangdong Nuclear Group, solar companies and
some other companies in the upper and lower solar industry chain. |
