BestSolar Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. ("BestSolar"), one of the world largest solar panel solution providers for both thin film and crystal solar modules announced today that the consortium which including BESTSOLAR, CGN and Enfinity has received approval from the National Development and Reform Commission ("NDRC") of People's Republic of China ("PRC") on its joint bid for a 10MW solar project in Dunhuang City, China. The project is the first solar project awarded by the NDRC and guarantees a fixed on-grid price of RMB 1.09 per kWh. This solar project is intended to set up Chinese Solar Power plant standard on the term of both finance and engineering.

Under the terms of the agreement, BESTSOLAR will supply panels for the project. The project will be financed by regional banks in China. The project will be built and connected within the next 18 months and operated by the bidders for 25 years. The profit will be shared by the three bidders.
